THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Legends will serve as a pivotal sales contributor, focusing on identifying, sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing new business opportunities. This role involves direct engagement with brand decision-makers to enhance market awareness and foster new partnership ventures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for sales development and a collaborative spirit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct thorough research to identify strategic market engagement opportunities.
- Develop a robust pipeline of brand prospects and outreach strategies for regional, national, and international companies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, from VPs to C-suite executives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and communications throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present strategic marketing platforms to prospective partners.
- Work closely with Legends Global Partnerships colleagues to enhance the efficiency of the sales process, including managing internal communication tools.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years in corporate sales, premium sales, or brand sponsorship sales, specifically in sponsorship or corporate partnerships.
- Proven success in securing long-term, high-value integrated marketing partnerships.
- Established relationships with major corporations, particularly those with extensive national and global sponsorship portfolios.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through both emerging and established partnerships.
- Ability to leverage sales materials and market insights to formulate strategies and narratives.
- Skilled storyteller capable of articulating the value of marketing opportunities to clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in translating insights and data into partner value.
- Capacity to meet challenging sales goals in a competitive landscape.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset for developing strategic, purpose-driven marketing initiatives.
- Experience in creating impactful presentations using Keynote or PowerPoint.
