Key Responsibilities

Manage the retention and expansion of MediaRadar's client portfolio:
  • Lead a team of Associate Client Partners to achieve retention and account growth objectives.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Establish a scalable account planning process and Go-to-Market Strategy to enhance retention and growth within the existing client base.
  • Assist the team in client interactions and intricate negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and C-suite personnel at key clients.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management, promoting client success and retention.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to swiftly address customer concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work with Customer Success leadership to drive product adoption and continuously refine the QBR approach.
  • Keep account plans current and actionable; track progress against both short- and long-term goals.
  • Document client engagement activities and proactively manage the renewal pipeline, ensuring comprehensive reflection of team account activities.
  • Escalate complex issues (both internal and client-related) to senior management.
  • Lead renewal pipeline assessments and ensure accountability for renewal outcomes.
Develop scalable frameworks and processes to support significant growth across the client base:
  • Create best practices for Client Partners to strengthen relationships and navigate client organizational structures.
  • Participate in client meetings to mentor Client Partners on meeting facilitation, effectiveness, and presentation skills.
  • Promote teamwork across departments and regions, encouraging collaboration between sales and account management to enhance client relationships.
  • Champion talent development and recognition initiatives aimed at maximizing team productivity and fostering a culture of excellence centered on customer experience.
  • Facilitate cross-functional, client-centric collaboration with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Technology (GTM framework, pricing strategy, CX journey).
  • Influence our product development roadmap by conveying client feedback to our Commercial leaders and Product teams.
