POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role within the Account Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and execution of client programs. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding client relationships, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for comprehensive project management of large-scale initiatives, providing creative and strategic solutions to meet program objectives. This position also oversees financial and operational performance, managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit thought leadership by analyzing client goals and developing innovative strategies that effectively communicate their brand message.
  • Oversee all client activations and program initiatives, ensuring they are executed with professionalism and accountability.
  • Develop and manage program Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with client commitments regarding resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor program expenses and budgets, providing updates and obtaining necessary approvals from clients.
  • Guide the creative process, ensuring timely client reviews and approvals in collaboration with creative and production teams.
  • Utilize exceptional project management skills to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and supervise account personnel as needed.
  • Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing, promotions, and events within an agency setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role as an Account Lead.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in digital and print marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing experiential activations is essential.
  • A degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and more.
