Overview: Are you a proactive team player ready to take on the role of agency leader for a global sports and entertainment marketing portfolio? Do you possess a keen eye for detail that guarantees the effective execution of international campaigns? If you have experience with significant events such as the Olympics, we invite you to consider the position of Senior Account Manager to support AB InBev's global beer brands. In this capacity, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners, emphasizing relationship building with rights holders, client management, strategic planning, ideation, and overseeing experiential initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage major global sponsorships for the client
  • Assist the client in developing sponsorship strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement client programs
  • Oversee project management for integrated marketing initiatives
  • Formulate strategic recommendations for sponsorship campaigns
  • Manage relationships with key sponsorship stakeholders
  • Supervise sponsorship branding assets and integrations
  • Handle program budgeting and reporting
  • Guide direct reports and support their professional development
  • Engage in domestic and international travel for client support

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in marketing partnerships and sponsorships
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • A minimum of 7 years in sports sponsorship or experiential marketing
  • Experience with global rights holders or campaigns
  • Confident in delivering client presentations
  • Business-oriented with a focus on brand impact
  • Adept at developing strategic plans for multiple initiatives
  • Skilled in overseeing project executions
  • Highly motivated and a team leader

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – 90,000.
