Job Description:
The Client Relations Specialist will be tasked with onboarding new clients as well as servicing and maintaining existing relationships.

You will collaborate closely with both clients and various internal teams, including legal, to ensure that contracts are finalized and SalesForce is accurately updated.

This role provides the opportunity to work directly with a global Sales team, assisting them with marketing materials, sales reporting, and pipeline management in SalesForce.

You will also contribute to establishing the controls and procedures surrounding user permissions for access to information in our proprietary Portal.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Onboarding, User Permissions, and Maintenance

Client Onboarding:
You will engage with clients to ensure that key deliverables are incorporated into the contract, facilitating effective internal communication, ensuring contracts are accurately drafted, and that information is recorded in SalesForce.

Contract Management:

You will draft contracts utilizing predefined templates and collaborate with Sales to finalize the Service Level Agreements required. You will occasionally interface with clients as well as legal, driving the process to completion.



SalesForce:
You will be responsible for entering critical data points into SalesForce promptly, ensuring that information is current in the sales pipeline and developing internal high-level reporting.

Sales Support and Sales Pipeline:

You will monitor and maintain deals in the sales pipeline using SalesForce, ensuring that information is complete, accurate, and timely. You will work with sales teams to develop and enhance activity reporting for senior leaders and the Board.



Sales Campaigns:
You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement sales campaigns targeting prospective clients; assisting in the creation of materials, curating mailing lists, and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business management, computer science, engineering); an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the indexing industry or customer service with a focus on maintaining permissions and controls.

Solutions-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities; driven to identify root causes of issues and initiate internal solutions to enhance processes.

Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve client inquiries confidently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable in a virtual teamwork environment with the ability to work independently and self-motivate. Experience in SalesForce is required; a background in reporting and analytics is a plus.
