POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role within the Account Team, ensuring top-tier service and execution of client programs. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding client relationships, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. The Senior Account Manager oversees comprehensive project management for large-scale initiatives, delivering creative and strategic solutions aligned with program objectives. This position is responsible for financial oversight, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure successful promotion of client brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit thought leadership by analyzing client goals to craft innovative strategies that effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Oversee all client activations and program initiatives, ensuring meticulous planning, development, staffing, and execution.
  • Develop and manage program Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Facilitate weekly internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor program budgets and expenses, providing updates and obtaining necessary approvals from clients.
  • Guide creative deliverables, ensuring timely client reviews and approvals in collaboration with creative and production teams.
  • Exhibit exceptional project management skills, optimizing processes for enhanced program efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and supervise account personnel, including Account Managers and Coordinators.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing, promotions, or events within an agency setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing Account Lead role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in digital and print marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing experiential activations is essential.
  • A background or interest in hospitality or events is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually. This range reflects OBE's anticipated compensation for this role, which may vary based on experience, skills, and market demand. OBE reserves the right to adjust this range as necessary. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a performance-based bonus plan, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
