Executive Legal Recruiter

About the Role:
This role involves collaborating with firm and organizational clients to understand their legal hiring needs and attracting candidates who align with the roles. We are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who are motivated to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
- Employ various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to drive business results.
Qualifications:
- JD Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior sales or business development experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 depending on location, with bonus potential being unlimited. LHH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
