Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to join our team at Capital Search Group. As a VP of Business Development and Growth, you will be responsible for leading our government contracting efforts and driving growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the federal government contracting space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and prime contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business development decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on government contracting.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and prime contractors.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform business development decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

$200,000 base salary + incentive compensation, with a total target compensation of $300,000 + possible equity.
