VP of Business Development and Growth

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to join our team at Capital Search Group. As a VP of Business Development and Growth, you will be responsible for leading our government contracting efforts and driving growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the federal government contracting space.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and prime contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business development decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on government contracting.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and prime contractors.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform business development decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
$200,000 base salary + incentive compensation, with a total target compensation of $300,000 + possible equity.
