About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our Amazon Shipping team in Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performing marketing strategy to drive growth and acquisition for our EU shipping business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve key metrics, including acquisition, lead generation and qualification, upsell, and retention.
  2. Global Brand Strategy: Implement a global brand strategy, adapting key messages for e-commerce sellers and directing effective content to support customers and prospects throughout their lifecycle.
  3. Campaign Execution: Work closely with the team to run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end, from design to execution and analysis of business impact.
  4. Partnerships and Alignment: Partner with cross-disciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Sales/Account Managers, Finance/Data Science, and Operations teams, to ensure alignment of marketing strategy and remove blockers to meet timelines.
  5. Customer Obsession: Champion customer obsession across customer cohorts, influencing teams to drive a clear vision for profitable growth in each segment.
  6. Process Improvement: Develop mechanisms for efficient strategic planning and operationalize mechanisms to automate manual processes.
About the Team

The EU shipping Marketing team works closely with the NA team and other Shared marketing services. We manage teams across the UK, Italy, Spain, and France, with ambitious growth plans for the next three years.

Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience managing teams, driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams, and using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  2. Skills: Strong track record of leading demand generation and high-performing teams, with experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
