Key Responsibilities- Business Development Support:
- Develop and manage proposal responses to RFPs, RFIs, and presentations for new business meetings.
- Organize and maintain a central content library of all new business materials, including questionnaire responses, agency credentials decks, RFP/RFI responses, pitch presentations, and other content related to new business efforts.
- Project manage all work within the new business department, including events, development of business development decks, RFP's, pitch management, marketing initiatives, leading and managing meetings, marketing events, taking notes, coordinating meetings.
- Coordinate resources and management of all projects with the Operations Team using Workamajig, our project management system.
- Manage the CRM, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Track, organize, and manage sales outreach to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with leading new business development meetings.
- Partner with internal resources and operations team in developing pricing for proposals.
- Manage the creation and organization of business development marketing materials.
- Manage any internal pipeline spreadsheets and go-no-go pitch process.
- CGO Agency Marketing Support:
- Develop and manage the agency marketing plan and create new initiatives for all communications channels, including the agency website, social media, earned media, and events.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent throughout marketing materials and are aligned with the agency's new business strategy.
- Work with the media and creative technology team to post content on the agency website, deploy monthly newsletter, and manage social media postings.
- Manage project teams consisting of executive leadership, strategists, creatives, public relations, freelancers, and vendors to take multi-layered projects from concept to completion.
- Balance multiple workloads and deadlines while bringing a passionate, can-do attitude into the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally an agency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a total expert at Keynote.
- Google Suite/HubSpot/Apollo/Winmo experience a plus.
- Willing to wear many hats and bring creative solutions to our growing agency.
