Position Overview:

The Senior Consultant in General Management plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Booz Allen Hamilton's contract portfolio. As a key member of the Contracts, Procurement, and Pricing (CP&P) team, you will engage in comprehensive market and business analysis to guide leadership decisions. Your expertise in both high-level strategic thinking and quantitative analysis will be essential in formulating and validating effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses to inform and support executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with CP&P leaders to identify their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Transform complex data into clear, visual reports and presentations tailored for senior management.
  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to interpret trends and operational metrics.
  • Advise on the implications of data findings and their application in strategic initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to address challenges and drive strategic projects forward.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional setting.
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling visualizations and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including trends and operational assessments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and proposal development.
  • Understanding of trends within the U.S. government contracting sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
