KPMG's Advisory division is experiencing robust expansion and is in search of a Senior Consultant to become a part of the Federal Advisory team. The successful candidate will engage in thought leadership projects, devise solutions for financial reporting challenges, enhance financial management practices, and offer insights on Federal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft application guidance, methodologies, research papers, and publications
  • Examine and recommend solutions for financial reporting challenges
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, conduct reconciliations, and supply information to auditors
  • Enhance financial management processes and capabilities
  • Investigate and provide insights on Federal compliance standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in federal financial management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience with FASAB, Treasury, GAO, and OMB regulations
  • U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Federal government security clearance are mandatory
