Position Overview:

The Talent Management Strategic Integrator serves as a pivotal advisor and the main point of contact for Talent Management and Human Resources within a designated sector. Utilizing advanced consulting skills and extensive knowledge of the HR domain, this role provides operational support to senior leadership, managers, and employees throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance on intricate, urgent matters concerning performance and behavior management, talent development, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their environments, enhance engagement and experiences, and evaluate potential risks.
  • Formulate strategies to foster the growth and diverse development of top talent, leveraging data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant subject matter experts from People Services Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions addressing critical business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive Integrated Talent Plans that outline various people processes and programs, enabling clients to meet their business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in talent planning, succession planning, and demand forecasting, while driving issue resolution and advising leaders on risk-related matters.
  • Design strategies and activities to monitor metrics for engagement, retention, development, mobility, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience consulting on the revision of organizational policies and HR programs.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing daily employee relations.
  • Experience in engaging with senior leaders to provide solutions focused on business and people.
  • Familiarity with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, resource management, or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Demonstrated functional expertise in relevant HR areas.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to develop and present business cases.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership agility, sound judgment, and influence.
  • Ability to create impactful briefings and presentations for diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Exceptional leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and manage teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
  • SPHR or PHR Certification is advantageous.
