Position Overview:

The Talent Management Strategic Integrator will act as a key advisor and the primary point of contact for Talent Management and Human Resources for senior leadership within a designated account. Utilizing advanced consulting skills and extensive industry knowledge in the Human Resources (HR) domain, this role will provide operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and coach on complex, urgent matters related to performance and behavior management, talent management, and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational dynamics, enhance engagement, and evaluate risks.
  • Develop strategies to nurture and advance the growth of top talent through data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts from People Services Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions to pressing business challenges.
  • Create comprehensive Integrated Talent Plans that outline the various people processes and programs essential for achieving business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in talent planning, succession planning, and demand forecasting, while providing guidance on risk management.
  • Formulate strategies and track metrics related to employee engagement, retention, development, mobility, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience consulting on organizational policy revisions and HR programs.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations effectively.
  • Experience in engaging with senior leaders to deliver business and people-focused solutions.
  • Familiarity with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, and diversity initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and present business cases.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership agility and influence.
  • Ability to create impactful presentations for diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Exceptional leadership and consulting skills to engage effectively with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
  • SPHR or PHR Certification is advantageous.
