Position Overview:
The Talent Management Strategic Integrator serves as a pivotal advisor and primary point of contact for Talent Management and Human Resources within a designated sector. Utilizing advanced consulting skills and comprehensive industry knowledge, this role provides operational HR support to senior leadership, managers, and employees throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance on complex, urgent matters related to performance and behavior management, talent development, disciplinary procedures, policy interpretation, and risk evaluation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational dynamics, enhance employee engagement, and identify potential risks.
- Formulate strategies to promote the growth and diverse development of top talent, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
- Identify and engage with relevant subject matter experts from People Services Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions addressing critical business challenges.
- Design comprehensive Integrated Talent Plans that outline various people processes and programs essential for achieving business objectives.
- Lead initiatives in talent planning, succession planning, and demand forecasting, while resolving issues and advising leaders on risk-related matters.
- Develop and monitor strategies and metrics for employee engagement, retention, professional development, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- At least 5 years of experience consulting on the revision of organizational policies and HR programs.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Proficient in managing daily employee relations.
- Experience in engaging with senior leaders to deliver business and people-centric solutions.
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, resource management, and diversity initiatives.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to develop compelling business cases.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit leadership agility, sound judgment, and influence.
- Ability to create professional briefings and presentations for diverse audiences, including executives.
- Strong leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior management and lead teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
- SPHR or PHR Certification is advantageous.

Compensation:
Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.
Work Environment:
