Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise office operations to promote effective workflow and productivity.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for team leaders.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and facilitate orders as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles within the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated marketing expertise.
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Familiarity with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) software.
