What you will do:
Conduct patient check-in and check-out processes, including entering demographic and insurance details into an EMR system, and collecting any outstanding copays or balances.
Collaborate with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals to maintain accurate demographic information and secure necessary authorizations.
Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments and efficiently handle medical records requests.
Requirements:
We require the following:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a medical office, preferably within a specialty practice.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is essential.
Experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics is highly preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving, criminal, employment references, education, and social security.National Spine & Pain Centers is an Equal Opportunity employer.
