Overview:
The City of Alexandria Workforce Development Center is seeking an Administrative Executive Coordinator to provide vital support to the executive leadership. The ideal candidate will facilitate the daily operations that allow the executive to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the executive in managing business activities efficiently.
- Keep the executive informed of urgent matters and priorities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Review and prepare business documentation as required.
- Aid management with data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet preparation.
- Ensure continuity of business operations and maintain workflow schedules.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and make independent decisions to prioritize tasks.
- Collaborate with senior management across various departments as needed.
- Participate as a team member on additional projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
