About the Role:

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee intricate projects within the entertainment and educational sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of exceptional quality standards. Candidates should possess a solid background in managing software, cloud, and hardware projects comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through to execution and delivery.
  • Create and uphold project schedules, timelines, and financial plans utilizing tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, formulating contingency strategies as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical, regulatory, and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Leverage VR and other advanced technologies to enhance project results and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Project Management within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex software development projects using Jira and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with VR, AR, and other cutting-edge technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Python, and/or Java.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
