Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team at Tech Holding. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to lead technical teams in surpassing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a comprehensive digital program encompassing multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, meeting notes, agendas, and status reports.
- Possess the ability to maintain a broad perspective while also engaging in detailed problem-solving to achieve project objectives.
- Drive decision-making processes from project inception to conclusion, ensuring efficient planning and prioritization of deliverables across various projects.
- Exhibit strong executive presence and communication skills, demonstrating a passion for technology and collaboration across departments.
- Availability during PST hours is preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in project or program management, including stakeholder and vendor/client relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps principles and methodologies.
- Proven track record in leading software engineering and DevSecOps teams.
- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical initiatives.
- Ability to convert intricate technical concepts into actionable strategies for the team.
- Proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong grasp of project scope management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Solid understanding of the technical domain pertinent to the projects.
- Capability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
- Scrum Alliance certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), are required.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
