Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational practices and communication standards for the Global Content Operations team, promoting a cohesive strategy that leverages our worldwide presence.
- Manage the GCO knowledge repository and ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones; establish regular rituals for tracking project progress and prioritizing workflows that address stakeholder needs.
- Oversee the support of the global content platform, cultivating a collaborative culture focused on user satisfaction across all regions.
- Implement effective processes to guarantee that teams, systems, and partners consistently meet their SLAs.
- Coordinate projects for the integration of new technologies and workflows into the platform, aimed at enhancing service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of industry standards and deployment methodologies.
- Set benchmarks for system documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in Media/Digital Asset Management and cloud/on-premise deployments.
- Proven expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, including the negotiation and enforcement of SLAs for Media Asset Management workflows.
- Extensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, particularly in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and teams.
- Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation, user guides, and user acceptance testing specifications.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong inclination for taking initiative.
- Solid understanding of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns, along with expertise in Java SE, Java EE, XML technologies, and JSON.
- Expertise in Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
- Passionate about innovative technologies and creative solutions, particularly in the context of Esports and related products.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language being advantageous.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with integrations involving Media Asset Management, Digital Asset Management, Content Management Systems, and Video Content Management Systems.
- Strong familiarity with AWS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging streaming media technologies.
- Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple teams.
