Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Fandango 360 Data-as-a-Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative systems and service products. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical, to establish product requirements that enhance the user experience. If you are passionate about entertainment and data, and possess substantial experience in digital product management, particularly in Marketing Technology, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior product managers to develop strategic roadmaps and project plans.
  • Draft project requirements, concise summaries, and technical tickets for initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with the established roadmap.
  • Work closely with technical teams to facilitate decision-making during project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather product and end-user feedback as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical and product teams on collaborative projects.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of data engineering concepts (SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management.
  • Proficient in balancing competing priorities and managing relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for them in an engineering context.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • High emotional intelligence to empathize and negotiate with diverse personalities.
