- Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software development, game development, data management, or data science.
- Management Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, Program Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teams.
- People Management: 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational Experience: Experience working in medium to large size organizations and collaborating across various organizations.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with teams building data products, such as Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
