Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Dignari. As a key member of our Federal Civilian business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion in the Federal Civilian space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the Federal Civilian space
  • Lead client discussions and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans
  • Provide market insight and analysis to inform business development decisions
Requirements

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development and capture efforts in the Federal Civilian space
  • Proven track record of successful business development management
  • Leadership skills to manage business development efforts and lead client discussions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key account business rhythms, technical priorities, and acquisition trends
  • Experience with US Federal Sector business development and GovWin
