The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This role requires a consultative approach to sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Prospect and build relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive sales growth
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and expansion
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
