Account Executive Job Description

Vitu, a leading SaaS company in the motor vehicle industry, is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Account Executive to maintain and build professional relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu's innovative services.
  • Meet with dealership management to review process and procedures related to DMV paperwork.
  • Monitor dealer error rates, active user lists, and RIA/Dealer licenses to ensure compliance with DMV regulations.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with key dealership personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Act as a client advocate, suggesting improvements to the program and addressing client issues and concerns.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure dealerships are following DMV EVR & RIA procedures and regulations.
  • Offer DMV support, answering complex DMV issues and navigating dealers' DMS to ensure proper DMV fee calculations.
  • Deliver DMV fee trainings both in-person and via webinar.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Reports of Sale and other related DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
  • Account management experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Knowledge of DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
  • EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
  • Understanding of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
  • Proficiency in Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings.
  • Ability to use various PC programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Effective communication skills with high-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Travel required up to 150 miles.
