Sr Account Manager - Manufacturing Job Description

This is a hybrid position requiring occasional office work in Minneapolis. The Sr Account Manager - Manufacturing will lead and support the Additive Manufacturing Sales Department by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and working cross-functionally with external sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Additive Manufacturing industry.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through excellent communication and rapport-building.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for company packages and solutions.
  • Proactively track and utilize data in our corporate CRM database.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals set by sales management.
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve individual and team growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, phone-based lead generation, marketing, or business experience preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related major and technical aptitude.
  • Must have experience in the Additive Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experience or knowledge in 3D printing sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals in stressful situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with focus and discipline.
