Position Summary
The Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations oversees the Restaurant Services division, ensuring efficient department management and fiscal responsibility. This role requires strong leadership and accountability for departmental performance, utilizing specialized knowledge and experience to facilitate seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as necessary.

• Establishes strategic direction for the organization by formulating both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives.

• Collaborates with fellow executives and departmental leaders to execute organizational plans and policies.

• Leads a team of assistants to track progress towards objectives and analyze performance metrics.

• Evaluates the organization’s financial reports and performance indicators to gauge overall health and financial standing.

• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall performance improvement.

• Engages in high-stakes negotiations to secure profitable contracts and foster advantageous partnerships.

• Recommends candidates for departmental leadership and executive roles, advising on high-level hiring decisions.

• Provides updates to the organization’s executives and board on financial health, operational status, and progress towards objectives.

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and trade shows, as well as at regional or national offices.

• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the industry and collaborates with specialized colleagues for expert guidance on financial, legal, and regulatory matters.

• Operates across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and business.

• Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.

• Frequently lifts items weighing up to 10 lbs.

• Prolonged periods spent seated at a desk in front of a computer screen.

• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment
