Core Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Partner with executive leadership to guarantee departmental and event financial objectives are accomplished.
  • Formulate strategies to not only meet but surpass financial benchmarks.

Team Leadership:

  • Motivate and lead a high-achieving team, overseeing performance evaluations, recruitment, and professional growth.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, address workforce requirements, and cultivate a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Conduct performance assessments, suggest compensation adjustments, and promote career progression through training initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage daily Show Services operations to enhance resource allocation and scheduling efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders.
  • Employ project management methodologies to ensure project success and engage in strategic planning efforts.
  • Proactively address and resolve challenges, implementing enhancements to boost operational efficiency.

Standardization and Process Enhancement:

  • Identify and resolve potential challenges, contributing to operational improvements.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to standardize operations and elevate service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations and live event management.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Technical proficiency in audio-visual components such as sound, video, and lighting.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and client-oriented skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities.
