About the Team

Our Integrated Campaigns team is responsible for formulating global strategies to engage prospects and customers, generating demand for our prioritized products and solutions. We spearhead our Go-to-Market strategy and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, the Worldwide Field Organization, Corporate Communications, Developer Relations, and others to bring comprehensive campaigns to fruition while optimizing performance and business impact.

About the Role

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Worldwide Core Programs, you will oversee the global design, implementation, and enhancement of core event programs aimed at practitioners and decision-makers. This position requires strategic foresight, hands-on project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to develop, execute, and refine workshops, strategy days, and other initiatives that align with our team's goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing & Integrated Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, program design, and execution (as necessary) of global workshops, strategy days, and other core initiatives while promoting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate alignment and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and partner teams, including Product Marketing, Technical Product Marketing, Worldwide Field Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Developer Relations, Brand, Design, and Corporate Communications, to drive program design and strategy, gather business requirements, and ensure the delivery of consistent, unified global workshops and core event programs.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate relevant metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of workshops, strategy days, and other programs, gathering participant feedback and leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance program offerings continuously.
  • Track and communicate results of consumption programs, continually optimizing for efficiency and scalability, while seeking to establish new global best practices through experimental initiatives.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of virtual workshops and programs as needed, managing logistics, technology integration, and participant engagement to deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience, ideally with enterprise demand generation experience and exposure to SaaS.
  • Proven track record of initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer insights.
  • Proven capacity to cultivate talent and nurture resources; build and lead extended and diverse teams.
  • Experience in a global role is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective and adaptable with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency.
