Your Mission

As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, your primary objective is to propel the expansion of our self-service offerings and transform the customer experience with our products. You will spearhead the creation of seamless, user-friendly, and impactful self-service interactions that enable our users to independently achieve their objectives. Your responsibilities will include translating data insights into actionable strategies that enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention. You will advocate for a culture of experimentation, fostering rapid learning and iteration throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at boosting the adoption of our freemium product, enhancing user engagement, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to pinpoint critical metrics, monitor performance, and guide decision-making. Regularly assess user behavior to identify growth prospects and refine the user journey.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Design and execute A/B tests, experiments, and growth initiatives to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Employ a test-and-learn methodology to swiftly validate concepts.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to streamline the self-service funnel, minimize obstacles, and craft smooth onboarding experiences that convert free users into paying customers.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Ensure alignment on key goals with stakeholders.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Collect and analyze customer feedback while collaborating with other product teams to create product roadmaps that drive growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Revenue Optimization: Concentrate on enhancing revenue growth by improving conversion rates from free to paid users, increasing upsell opportunities, and refining pricing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years in a Product Growth role with direct experience in scaling B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrates a proven history of driving substantial growth in a SaaS context, particularly with freemium models.
  • Has a successful track record of establishing and optimizing product-led growth and sales strategies.
  • Exhibits strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Proven ability to meet ambitious goals and consistently impact key business and product metrics positively.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of product operations and their influence on essential business metrics.
  • Experienced in A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization methodologies.
