Role Summary:
As the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of compliance initiatives for J.H. Findorff & Son and its affiliated entities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational activities through a compliance framework, addressing inquiries from regulatory bodies, and ensuring all necessary compliance documentation is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement the Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Assist in managing certificate of insurance (COI) requirements for compliance, including third-party vendor platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO-1 reporting standards.
  • Facilitate registration as foreign entities in various states.
  • Manage contractor licensing processes, including new applications and renewals.
  • Support the annual insurance renewal process.
  • Assist with general and professional liability insurance claims.
  • Streamline the contract execution process.
  • Support the prequalification process for subcontractors.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
