We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist - Validation and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our production and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive validation strategy to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our production processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and records to support validation and compliance activities.
  • Provide training and support to employees on validation and compliance procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our processes remain compliant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacist degree and relevant experience in pharmaceutical validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
