Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance and Risk Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance and risk management strategies to ensure the company's operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management policies and procedures to ensure the company's operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and risk management metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance and risk management matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, finance).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a telecommunications or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the telecommunications and financial services industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
