POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in managing, developing, and reporting on the company's marketing initiatives, websites, lead generation sources, and promotional activities to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This position requires in-office attendance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the creation of content for social media, websites, and business profiles, focusing on growth strategies and visual media production.
- Aid in the development and monitoring of marketing initiatives, including social media, email outreach, and streaming campaigns.
- Maintain timelines for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Conduct market and client research utilizing the company database and engaging with clients to meet their needs.
- Respond to client feedback and interactions on social media platforms.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings with corporate marketing managers.
- Participate in monthly marketing discussions with other brand and franchise owners.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on marketing activities to track company leads, call volume, and marketing KPIs.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales materials for technical staff.
- Foster and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
- Adhere to company-approved apparel guidelines.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Uphold all performance standards and ethical codes.
- Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and colleagues.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, both inside and out.
- Respect customer property.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of social media management experience.
- Experience in a small business environment is advantageous, as collaboration with other departments is expected.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is beneficial.
- Over 2 years of experience in content creation with a focus on graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent relationship-building and active listening abilities.
- Well-organized with problem-solving aptitude.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Small business setting.
- May require extended hours, including day and/or evening shifts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Sufficient auditory and visual acuity to operate communication equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle potential confrontations.
- Must be available for extended hours, including nights or weekends.
- Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for known disabilities.
