Work Hours: Full Time (9am-5pm) or Part Time (25 hours per week, 9am-3pm M-F or 11am-5pm M-F)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Office Coordinator to become a part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating our operations and ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks within our office environment. This position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who excels in a fast-paced setting and is adept at managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Maintain precision in all tasks and communications.
- Call Management: Handle and direct phone inquiries as necessary.
- Order Processing: Oversee and manage orders, including inventory checks and shipment organization.
- Administrative Assistance: Support various administrative functions such as managing spreadsheets, drafting communications, and assisting team members.
- Daily Operations: Monitor emails and task dashboards, communicate with vendors and suppliers, gather order details, assist sales representatives, manage incoming packages, and distribute mail.
- Reporting Duties: Generate inventory reports and aid in tracking and reporting for sales representatives and clients.
- Software Skills: Effectively utilize MS Office and relevant industry software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Excel functionalities (sorting, basic formulas).
- Ability to be resourceful and adapt to industry-specific software as required.
- Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
