Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a tidy store.
- Execute receiving and merchandising standards while leading a team of Associates.
- Oversee the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient merchandise placement on the sales floor.
- Train and guide Associates on merchandising techniques and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and securing of merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to streamline operations.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
- Organize back stock for efficient replenishment.
- Uphold merchandising standards and ensure compliance with safety and recycling protocols.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs for Associates.
- Support store initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage and promoting safety.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items as required.
- Previous retail experience, including at least six months in a leadership role.
