Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Lincoln of Memphis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
