Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Marketing Executive Assistant to provide support to two Vice Presidents within our Marketing team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their understanding of marketing practices.


Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Marketing team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendar schedules for Marketing VPs and their teams.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and processing travel expenses.
  • Handling SAP delegate responsibilities, including invoice approvals and reconciliations.
  • Providing administrative support to multiple Directors and Senior Managers, which encompasses coordinating meetings, travel logistics, and preparing expense reports.
  • Overseeing purchase requisitions for various products and services within the group.
  • Coordinating events and managing time as required.
  • Collaborating with other Administrative/Executive Assistants as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • A resourceful, self-motivated attitude with a positive approach.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, particularly the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP, Ariba, and SharePoint is advantageous.
