Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to become a vital part of our Corporate Marketing team. This position plays a crucial role in the planning, promotion, and execution of all corporate events and webinars, aligning with our integrated marketing strategies and supporting our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Event Planning and Execution**: Develop, promote, and manage Ameresco events and webinars aimed at enhancing participation in key industry gatherings for thought leadership, brand visibility, and lead generation. This includes overseeing budgeting, onsite logistics, staffing, booth arrangements, and engagement strategies.
2. **Event Strategy Development**: Research and propose potential event opportunities to create a comprehensive and strategic events calendar that aligns with lead generation and company goals.
3. **Performance Evaluation**: Assess the success of events based on lead generation, budget adherence, engagement levels, and identify areas for improvement.
4. **Content Development**: Create content packages and presentation materials to enhance Ameresco's positioning at events, ensuring alignment with messaging goals.
5. **Lead Management**: Process event leads into the company’s CRM and marketing automation systems, identifying nurture opportunities to qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
6. **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with regional stakeholders to maximize local event participation and effectiveness.
7. **Membership Management**: Maintain corporate memberships with various industry organizations and identify partnership opportunities to leverage membership investments.
8. **Market Research Coordination**: Manage a directory of market research and analyst reports, providing internal stakeholders with timely updates and insights.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, English, or Journalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, particularly in corporate event planning and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce CRM, and Hubspot marketing tools.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
