Your Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO. This pivotal role encompasses traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities while also collaborating with the Executive Team to facilitate Board communications, manage investor relations, and oversee a small team of administrative professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining executives' calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for internal and external engagements.
- Board Communication: Oversee the Corporate Calendar, manage Board meeting logistics, and ensure timely communication with Board members.
- Investor Relations: Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, manage investor events, and maintain the Investor Relations website.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of administrative assistants, ensuring effective collaboration and project management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
