Role Overview

As a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential support member of our global partnerships team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key partnership activities, ensuring timely communication of vital information, and managing the financial processes related to partnerships. This role offers exposure to diverse sectors within the entertainment industry, including music, sports, fashion, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all partnership activities: schedules, press releases, and social media. Develop a comprehensive tracking and reporting system for partnership initiatives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for partnership finances and ensure the prompt execution of contracts and payments.
  • Prepare activity reports for senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in assessing and measuring potential partnerships as well as the existing partnership portfolio.
  • Monitor cultural trends and nuances across significant markets, sharing insights with leadership.

Qualifications
