Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO. This pivotal role encompasses not only traditional executive assistant duties but also collaboration with the executive team on Board communications, investor relations, and management of a small team of administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and scheduling for executives.
  2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless arrangements with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Prepare information, agendas, and presentations for meetings with internal and external parties.
  4. Create and update complex documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Manage travel arrangements and compile necessary documentation for travel-related activities.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Support internal and external audits and assist with special projects aligned with departmental initiatives.
  8. Oversee Board-level communications and materials, including maintaining the Corporate Calendar and managing communication with board members.
  9. Coordinate quarterly earnings calls and investor events, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of administrative assistants, prioritizing their efforts and supporting company-sponsored events.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management.
