About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations and Growth Manager to join our team at BusPatrol. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support:
    • Support the executive team in defining and refining BusPatrol's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
    • Lead development and execution of critical enterprise strategy deployment processes.
    • Assist in driving stability, streamlining processes, and implementing projects aimed at accelerating growth.
  • High-Priority Project Champion:
    • Support high-priority projects aimed at driving profitable growth, scaling best practices, and implementing operational improvements.
    • Drive projects diagnosis to execution, including data analysis and solution incubation.
    • Foster relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to identify business development opportunities.
  • Operational Improvement:
    • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Business Development Support:
    • Contribute insights and expertise to support corporate strategy initiatives, including the exploration of new business lines, products, and markets.
    • Assist in the development of new business models and the exploration of strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in past roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Passion for leveraging data and technology to solve problems and drive change.
