Position Overview:
The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Distribution Center and leading a team of supervisors to deliver comprehensive warehousing and transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with clients to promptly address issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans for the facility.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies to enhance team cohesion, objectives, productivity, and outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain effective communication within teams and across departments, reviewing data to identify and implement necessary actions.
- Potentially manage profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of operations.
- Champion a proactive safety culture consistent with company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Enforce safety management protocols and monitor equipment maintenance through checklists and observations.

Additional Duties:
- Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

- Experience managing Profit & Loss statements may be preferred depending on operational complexity.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Educational Background:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management required.
- At least five years of experience in leadership and development of direct reports is essential.
- Experience with customer interactions is preferred.
