Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and possess a strong interest in plastics and lighting technologies. The selected candidate will oversee and execute various projects focused on the design, development, and enhancement of our plastic and lighting offerings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and product quality.

  • Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in plastics and lighting is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
