This role necessitates effective communication with the project team, suppliers, and clients, as well as cooperation with relevant departments and external partners to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders, including the project team, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to guarantee project success.
  • Inspect components received from suppliers to ensure that finished systems meet established quality standards.
  • Travel to installation sites during construction and commissioning phases for start-up and troubleshooting.
  • Promote and engage in a safe working environment.
  • Ensure that components and assemblies comply with contract specifications and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the commissioning and troubleshooting of new equipment start-ups.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Procure items based on assembly order and lead times.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including client equipment manuals, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts lists.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget by monitoring the progress of production teams and third-party vendors.
  • Participate in regular audits of completed jobs to enhance quality, delivery, and cost efficiency, thereby improving quote accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in managing industrial equipment projects.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to installation sites as required.
