Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and possess a strong interest in plastics and lighting technologies. The successful candidate will oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the design, development, and efficiency of our plastic and lighting offerings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.

  • Promote a culture of continuous enhancement by recognizing and implementing process improvements.

  • Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project engineering, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in plastics and lighting is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to potential challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams and present to stakeholders.
