Key Responsibilities of the Project Engineer

· Direct and coordinate furnace manufacturing initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

· Formulate comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including design, production, and quality control, to synchronize project objectives and deliverables.

Engineering Management:

· Supervise the design and engineering stages of high-temperature furnaces, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry regulations.

· Conduct feasibility assessments and performance analyses to confirm design viability and reliability under extreme temperature conditions.

· Evaluate and authorize engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

Client Engagement:

· Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

· Provide regular updates regarding project status, including potential challenges and recommended solutions.

Quality Control:

· Ensure that all furnace components and systems meet or surpass quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

· Implement and manage testing protocols to validate furnace performance and safety prior to delivery.

Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and reducing costs in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
  • Completion of OSHA 10 Hour Training (training provided).
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
