Key Responsibilities of the Industrial Project Engineer

· Direct and oversee furnace manufacturing initiatives, ensuring all project milestones are achieved within the designated timeframe and budget.

· Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to synchronize project objectives and deliverables.

Engineering Management:

· Supervise the design and engineering stages of high-temperature furnaces, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry regulations.

· Conduct feasibility assessments and performance analyses to confirm design viability and reliability under extreme temperature conditions.

· Evaluate and authorize engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

Client Engagement:

· Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

· Provide consistent updates on project status, including potential challenges and recommended solutions.

Quality Control:

· Ensure that all furnace components and systems comply with or surpass quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

· Develop and implement testing protocols to verify furnace performance and safety prior to delivery.

Identify areas for process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities in project execution.
